Every Software Solutions Has defined and implemented an Information Security Management System (ISMS) certified ISO/IEC 27001:2013 - UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017, consisting of principles, rules, requirements, methodologies, controls, and security measures: your claim will be handled following the methodologies of that ISMS.

If you wish to send us a Complaint (regarding the Security of your Information or the Privacy of your Personal Data or for any other reason), please fill out this form.
Your request or report will be received by our Information Security Management System Manager, who will process it so that your need will be promptly evaluated and you can have a response within 30 days of opening the Complaint.
